This week, SteelEye was named a 2009 Hot Companies finalist by Network Products Guide. Our exemplary products, people, performance and potential -- dubbed the "4Ps" by the publication -- helped us stand out from hundreds of other applicants, which consisted of large and small high-tech companies from around the world.
SteelEye's product achievements -- providing cutting-edge data replication, application protection and high-availability clustering solutions for mixed IT environments -- impressed the judges in the storage and security categories. They noted how the flexibility and ease-of-use of our offerings remove the complexity generally associated with comprehensive disaster recovery planning.
SteelEye's entrepreneurial spirit, in terms of our people and performance, also played a significant role in our nomination. Our seasoned executives and staff, clear understanding of the market segment, strategic product positioning within emerging markets, well-executed revenue growth model and standout expansion strategies helped to secure the nomination.
As for SteelEye's potential in the coming year, we have plans to expand our channel partner reach and build upon our current product offerings to meet new and ever-changing market and enterprise needs. Stay tuned as we raise the bar for our "4Ps" and other judging criteria in 2009.
